About
Hartsen Algarve Construction is a collaborative effort between two seasoned builders: Rory Hart and Steve Nielsen.
Rory Hart, from Southwest England, brings over 20 years of experience in project management within the construction and renovation sector. Throughout his career, Rory has successfully overseen more than 100 projects, primarily for private clients, showcasing his expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Steve Nielsen, originally from Brazil, spent 16 years living and working in London as a well established director of photography, during the pandemic he decided it was time for a change in lifestyle and career. Now a private developer, Steve has experience in both the London and Portuguese property markets. His diverse background and deep understanding of the nuances of property development in different regions complement Rory’s extensive project management experience and construction know-how.
Together, Rory and Steve combined their unique skills and extensive knowledge to form Hartsen Algarve Construction, a partnership dedicated to managing and executing exceptional construction and renovation projects in the Algarve, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every project.
